Shipping & Dispatch Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch:
All orders are packaged securely using specialized, protective golf club packaging. Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on UK bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

UK Mainland Delivery:
• Tracked Shipping: We provide complimentary tracked delivery on all golf clubs and equipment dispatched within the UK mainland.
• Couriers: Shipments are dispatched via trusted UK carriers (e.g. Parcelforce, Royal Mail Tracked, or DPD).
• Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days following dispatch.

Tracking Your Delivery:
As soon as your parcel is labeled and collected by the courier, you will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking link and reference number so you can track your parcel in transit.

Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland:
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man may incur extended delivery transit times depending on courier route schedules. If you require specialized delivery instructions, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Damaged in Transit:
In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact us at support@reloadgolf.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged box and contents so we can file an immediate carrier claim.
